The purpose of these workshops is to identify and discuss the factors that are currently shaping the strategic environment in Africa and to look at how Army capabilities can impact on those factors. Bringing together regional specialists, experts in the areas of environmental, social and financial sustainability and the Army planners, the sessions will foster a better understanding of the strategic environment, regionally unique issues, Army capabilities and goals.
